As demonstrated in our previous two blogs in this series (familiarise yourself with part one and part two), the demands of our busy lives today often mean our health gets neglected. Stress manifests itself in many ways, affecting our immunity, emotional wellbeing and physical health. The new Strength and Resilience Massage

To start, Muscle Rescue Balm is applied to soothe muscular aches and pains while the body is ‘cocooned’ in warm towels to aid relaxation.
