I recommend damping skin first then massaging in or applying dry, circular motion on legs its more of a superficial (top layer) epidermis exfoliator 3-4 days of softness. As opposed to a deeper layer body scrub also recommend) the salt scrubs invigorating salt or detoxifying for uplifting X

I first bought this product (when the ingredients were slightly different) and used it on holiday. It's become my 'holiday' shower gel as I tend to buy a tube each year just for holidays!
