I don't like saying this but... The pump on my conditioner bottle wasn't working so I asked if I could get a replacement pump. I was contacted (very quickly) and they said I'd be sent another bottle of conditioner and told they'd be "grateful" if I sent the faulty bottle back for inspection. I didn't receive anything so, after a couple of weeks I got in touch and explained again that I'm not after another bottle of conditioner, just a pump (a used one from a spa would have been fine). I was told that I have to send the bottle back because it's a new product and it's important to verify if there's an issue with the packaging. I understand that it's important for the company but I think it's a little unfair on me, the customer, to carry the onus on this. I bought the products online for the sake of convenience. I'm now having to package the product and make my way to a post office (not easy when you work full-time) and it's not just the pump (which I could have put in an envelope and popped in a post box) it's insisted that I send the whole bottle. Not the best customer experience.
