I have a 30ml version and hadn’t used it. I’ve been experiencing hip pain which was keeping me awake. I rubbed in the balm and within a few minutes the pain went away and hasn’t come back. I have also used it on cramped muscles in my shoulder after sitting at my PC - completely relaxed the muscles! Amazing product.

This so helps my muscles when they are aching ( which is most of the time ) I do use this product daily on a morning & often an evening sometimes in-between depends what I have been doing  This comes in a handy tube that you can carry with you if needs which I have done  My son uses this as well so bought him his own I know he carries it with him when out training & playing sport it helps with the aching muscles

Great feeling and smell the tingle from the menthol gets right into the muscles and soothes and relieves pain. I first tried it in an Espa Spa Treatment and couldn't wait to get my own in a big tube.

I absolutely love this balm. Smells wonderful and really does soothe the aches and pains away. I mainly use this product on my lower back and shoulders. I tried a small tube first and it was so good I purchased a larger tube. Worth a try!

I just love this balm - I use it onmy ankle I had a bad fall years ago and my ankle never been the same sinc - when its really tender i pop some of this on work it in ...it really does help and great for neck shoulder pain and temples if sore head.
