Love using after the gym
love using this product after the gym in my evening bath, leaves my muscles feeling relaxed- would recommend!

Have used all the Espa body oils over 18 years on myself and within my job . They work on a sensory level as well as working into the bloodstream for full effect. My favourite are the fitness, restorative and detox. I test the oils on my skin to gauge what my body needs , and they never fail . Love , Love , Love ❤️

Essential for after the gym. Nothing is as good at reducing muscle soreness after a workout. Have to have a supply of Fitness Oil! Allows me to get on with my day even after a really tough workout. My bit of luxury after the gym. Smells lovely too. Perfect present for the gym lover in your life.
