4Doesn't meet the standard of an alternative comparably priced product which I have been using for years. I bought this with a gift voucher I was given. I would have been really fed up f I had paid for it personally. For me it was all style over substance.

5I love these bath oils, its so good being able to think 'how am I feeling/what have i been doing?' And no matter what the answer is there is a bath oil to suit it!

4I placed an order on a Thursday afternoon and paid for Saturday morning delivery. This was a birthday gift to be delivered direct to the person in question, whose birthday was on Saturday. I received a text on the Friday to say my delivery would be made on 5 August (Monday). When I contacted ESPA the person I spoke to did determine that an error had been made at the warehouse and that unfortunately, as it was in transit there wasn't anything that could be done so she would arrange for a refund of the additional postage cost I had paid - I haven't yet checked if this had happened. I was offered the chance of a refund if I had the person refuse delivery at the door - however as it was a birthday gift, which was now arriving late, I couldn't ask the recipient to do this. I was disappointed that ESPA didn't feel it necessary to offer any kind of compensation for the inconvenience and embarrassment this caused.
