Relaxation in a bottle!

These are a firm favourite of mine and have been ever since I was first introduced to Espa. The fragrances are always lovely and I love how they all have different properties. I suffer from Ehlers Danlos syndrome and am in chronic pain every day. My mobility is very impaired and my muscles are often in spasm or very knitted up. The fitness bath has oils in it that help to relax my muscles and helps me a great deal in managing my condition. I wouldn’t be without this in my bathroom.  I like to mix them sometimes to make my own concoction.

An Oil For Every Sensation

I love this set! The travel sizes are so great to take away on both work trips and short breaks. I love the fact that the aroma based oils are so intense and not only make me feel fabulous when I am soaking in them but fill the whole bathroom with a wonderful lingering scent. This is my second purchase of this set. I have also bought them as a gift for friend who also loved them. It's a great way to find a favourite and then buy the larger sizes!

I love espa oils but I couldn't decide which one I like best so I purchased the collection. Depending on what mood I'm in, depends on the oil I use that day. A 20mins soak a few times a week is my break from my busy, on the go life.
