ESPA is always absolutely SUPERB with its customer service. I have always found staff to be helpful on the phone, my orders arrive promptly and in great condition and I have never had cause to be anything but completely satisfied.

It's my wife that uses Espa. First started using it when she went to Hoarcross Hall many years ago, she smelt the oils whilst walking through their corridors and went into their shop and smelt every product until she found the Smoothing body oil, she has used it ever since and bought it as a present for several friends.

The service was excellent , but on the website I wish you could go back and revisit your shopping basket upon delivery charge so that you could if wanted add additional items .
