I would have given excellent except you use a carrier who doesn't deliver at the weekend so I had to go to a pick up point to collect my parcel - very inconvenient. If you used Royal Mail I would have been able to pick it up at my local post office. I won't be ordering any more online as it's too inconvenient

I have used ESPA many many times in the past. This experience was slightly disappointing due to delivery issues. DPD seemed unsure about delivery instructions and it took an extra 3 days to get my delivery.
