plastic internal container melted

Have only had this diffuser a year, and the plastic container inside has melted. Very expensive purchase, poor quality.

These diffusers were amazing. The newer version is disappointing. Smaller, weaker smell and they look cheaper. Please go back to how they were. The cheaper price is not cost effective if it doesn’t do the job and runs out in less than half the time.
