The only criticism I would have is the amount of packaging. Orders always seem to be in boxes much larger than necessary which then need to be packed out with the shredded paper. I know that this is recyclable but would like to see it reduced.

The scent is lovely, and your hands feel comfortable and smooth for hours longer than other creams. I plan to keep it around and continue to purchase it.
