Love the bergamot and jasmine shampoo, which I was given at recent hotel stay...it was the sample bottle which I thought was so good, I was happy to spend on this luxury. Unfortunately have been advised by customer services the sample shampoo is only available to spas. The purifying shampoo is just not for me anywhere near as good, so unlikely to purchase again. I think it's daft you would have an great product which is given out in samples but not sell to the public, definitely lost sale and loss of a new customer.

I have a dry scalp and, so far, it seems to tolerate this shampoo. Waiting to see how I get on longer term before committing to buying more

Items arrived very quickly. I love the aroma of espa products. I went to a Village Hotel spa salon where they use these products for treatment and I just love them. Will slowly be building up my Espa range.

Fantastic product. It's certainly sorted my bad hair days out, the smell of it first thing in the morning really gives you a boost to face the day!
