5Takes off make up well and leaves the skin feeling soft. Not a fan of the bottle opening as sometimes you can waste a lot of the product when it fires out.

2Received email of apology nearly a month ago,was promised a kit and missing samples that never arrived ! Very disappointed in initial service and now furthermore more disappointed in follow up promises from Espa that weren't carried out.
