very helpful and approachable. Nothing to complain about with the service from ESPA. The only thing that was a negative was with regard to royal mail Delivery in not informing me my products I had ordered were on the way. I had to ring Espa to find out what was happening with my order. The lady I spoke to was very helpful at ESPA with explaining they were aware of the situation with royal mail and that they should be notifying the customer by e-mail on dispatch.
