Tri Active Lift and firm Intensive eye serum
This is an excellent product but with a silly application method using a wasteful dropper. I on receiving the product from ESPA change the dropper to a applicator from another ESPA Product. Far less fiddling messy and wasteful than the dropper applicator you provide. SUGGEST YOU CHANGE. Most women too busy to bother with the dropper. Its very annoying.

Have been showing my age recently - I have a stressful job as a Community Nurse (Health Visitor), I’ve just turned 57, and have not been sleeping well since losing my beautiful Mum recently. My eyes have since become more crepey, with dark shadows and bags too. I had to do something, I just looked so tired and dull and old, so thought I would try a serum and a decent eye cream. Safe for Sensitive Eyes
I struggle to find products that don't irritate my eyes. This lovely serum is one of the very few products that I can use. It is very light and feels very soothing and refreshing. I don't know if it gets rid of wrinkles but it certainly feels nice around the eye area and I don't appear to be getting any more...yet!

Horrible Smell
Bought this recently from a spa I went to in Manchester. It seems to work ok as a moisturiser but the smell once you've put it on is horrible and lingers in your nostrils for quite a while afterwards, I guess because eyes and nose are in close vicinity. It smells like gone off fish. I won't buy again because of the pong and I've had eye cream/serums that work better. This is a shame as ESPA usually smell divine.

Review of Lift and Firm Intensive Eye Serum
I have been using Espa products for many years. After purchasing and using the Serum, I noticed that my skin below and above my eyes (just below the brow bone) started to puff up and the skin became dry, even though I had followed the instructions exactly, extremely disappointing. I stopped using this for a couple of months and my eyes return to normal. I gave the product a second chance and after the first use, my eyes were swollen and sore. As recommended, I did follow with the Lift & Firm Moisturiser on all occasions. Both of these products will now be going in the bin, such a waste of money! I will not purchase these products again.

FIRST PURCHASE & THE JURY IS OUT
I've been using Espa products for around 5 years now & have always been very happy with my selections. As I'm getting older I decided to try the Lift & Firm Intensive Eye Serum (& moisturiser) & after a few weeks can't say I see any improvement. The usual 'ESPA' fragrance is missing but what is really putting me off is that the serum is sticky! At first I thought I must be applying too much but even when using a very small amount it is still sticky. When the serum is absorbed the skin around my eyes still feels tacky & when I apply the L&F moisturiser it is better but eye makeup doesn't adhere as it usually does (even when applying hours later). I have the same result whatever I try. I don't have sensitive skin or many lines (yet!) but was hoping it would help with heavy eyelids & dark under my eyes. No benefits so far & don't like using it so I won't be purchasing again. Really disappointed as this is the first time I have disliked an Espa product.
