I love this product for dry skin and as a 20 minute hair/scalp mask in the bath on damp hair. Ive used it for 2 years once per week and my hair is in the best condition it’s ever been in. I personally think it’s down to the ingredients making your scalp healthy as apposed to fixing your actual hair. I also know people with psoriasis that this has done wonders for. However I really don’t love it as an overnight mask. If you let it dry it just seems impossible to wash out. Ive had to rewash after blow drying a good few times which is a pain, especially when you suffer with dry anyway.
