Service and delivery were excellent. However, I thoughts the products were well and truly overpacked. A fairly large, thick cardboard box with a pile of packing material for a very small object. There was no need for such waste.

Again as with all other ESPA products I use this is a fabulous moisturiser. Does not appear or feel heavy ons the skin. As a mature user my skin looks and feel clear and healthy.
