I absolutely love this lip treatment. I don’t often wear much make up and this is perfect to slide on - it makes my lips feel and look amazing! I also put it on just before I go to sleep and I wake up with the softest lips. I would highly recommend this to anyone. The scent is also really gorgeous!!

It did not nourish as much as I expected, had to keep reapplying and it was very sticky. Small quantity for expensive price.

Products always arrive promptly and tracked for reassurance . Only ever had a mix up once and that was when there was mistakingly two hand creams in the intoductory collection box instead of a bath soak. However once I rang customer service and reported this mistake, it was dealt with very professionaly, timely and the product replaced and dispatched immediately. A very good service indeed .
