Service & delivery was very good. The only negative was the free gifts with purchase not being delivered as promised

Really disappointed with the hair care range. Small gorgeous but don't work for my hair. Leave limp and dull. Had high expectations but won't order again.

I was disappointed because I bought a lot of products and there were no free gifts. I thought espa would have sent me them when they were in stock. They did not.

Very disappointed, for a product costing twenty pounds I had hoped for results. It does not combat the stripping nature of the shampoo. My hair is normally fine, straight, natural ash blonde hair.

Very similar to hotel product (see above) but smell not quite as nice and did not feel as rich. Did not weigh hair down though and did its job.
