Disappointed
3I bought this balm many years ago and loved it, so again decided my skincare routine needed a shake up, so bought it again. What a disappointment. The smell was still there which I loved, but the texture was wrong. I think the beeswax had formed little hard granules that didn't melt, which detracted from the overall experience. Even when adding water, they didn't disperse. I will not be wasting my money again, which is a pity, as I really liked the fragrance. The quality just wasn't there.

3I normally love all of the Espa products and it is my first choice for all things skincare however I was left disappointed with the cleansing balm as it doesn't have any smell or if there is an aroma it is hardly noticable. The other products I have used and I have been a faithful customer for many years have all smelt divine and is a big part of the reason I buy them. The texture of the balm is great and it does it's job but the smell or lack of unfortunately lets it down.

5This is coming with me on a desert island, I hope you never change the formula, it smells divine and my skin always feels good after I have used it. If I could only have one Espa product, the Cleansing Balm would be my choice.

5I’m loving the new consistency! I thought it was in my head but after reading a comment, I guess not. It’s fab, feels rich, feels better and feels like its doing more not that it originally wasn’t. Easy to work with and melt. I’m in love with the new consistency!

5This cleanser clears my skin from breakouts like no other! Leaves my skin feeling fresh, gets rid of breakouts and helps prevent them. Works really well with the proserum which prevents and gets rid of breakouts! The only 2 products i use! My skin is always acting up and can get very sensitive like if i stopped using either of these it would just break out again! Defiantly helps keep my skin smoothe, clear and under control. And since I’m only using 2 products i like to spend the money on these two. Thank you ESPA

5Ibought this cleanser after reading lots of reviews. I am concerned about lines and wrinkles and thought this would be a good cleanser to start using in my regime. The balm smells and feels amazing and spreads easily all of the face and neck. A rick cream appears once you add a little water. Using one of the muslin cloths provided, your days make up disisappears leaving cleansed soft skin. The aroma still lingers. This balm is so luxurious and rich, a little goes a long way. So pleased i bought this cleaser and highly recommend it. You wont be disappointed l. Thank you Espa

5This is one of the first products I ever purchased from ESPA having been introduced to it at a salon. It cleanses really well and is so gentle. It never dries my skin out. I absolutely love it and highly recommend it.

5This is my second jar and I love the feel of my skin after use. The softness stays all day and my skin looks fresh and clean. I’m 74 years old and cannot fault this balm. It suits me perfectly.
