Would like website to send an immediate confirmation of the order - it was several days before I received the first email (confirming order had been checked and despatched). Most sites sent an initial email confirming receipt of the order which is reassuring.

Feels too foamy and light to actually be doing anything to my skin. The foam does not seem to last until I have finished washing. It's OK but I'm not sure I would buy again. I think I would prefer a gel cleanser.
