I had an issue with UPS, as the asked for charges. I advised ESPA that this must be a mistake, because the amount of the order was below the "free" threshold. The answer was quick but only stating the Duties section with the generic text. This did not really help. Nevertheless I was able to clarify with UPS (after several phone calls). UPS used a wrong invoice value....

Good consistency, leaves you feeling clean. Must be used as a second cleanse, not tough enough to remove all makeup/sun care

I have tried this product a couple of times. It seemed OK but because the moisturiser irritated and dried out my skin so badly I have also stopped using this product.
