FOR BEST RESULTS:

Work into scalp and through dry or damp hair. Leave for 20 minutes or overnight if preferred. Rinse and follow with your favourite ESPA shampoo and conditioner. Use as a 10 minute mask on the body to soften and nourish dry skin.

Begin your ritual by sprinkling crystals into a warm bath and swirl through the water, watching them dissolve. Breathe in their nurturing aroma and make it your intention to let go of any negativity as you sink your body into the fragrant water.
