I have been a regular online customer for 10+ years. Love the products and the service is excellent. I have had one breakage in that time and when I called to let ESPA know, a replacement was delivered 2 days later without fuss. Brilliant!

Excellent and quick service but was disappointed at Christmas when a parcel arrived without the giftwrap to the recipient. I only knew because I was there when the person opened the box. When I complained, all I got was a refund of my giftwrap money to my card. Would have been nice to have been sent a travel size product or something to compensate to the person.

was given gift voucher because so much wasn't working at the spa and then it took a month for the correct order to be delivered. Extra samples which were promised to compensate no present in parcel
