I just love ESPA products, my recent order was a gift to a friend and she uses them daily. The bath oils are heavenly and the hand soap and lotion keeps my hands soft and moisturised.

Ok regular online company, no big differentiating factor. However, I do like your standard packaging for the delivery of the products. Feels luxurious so have been ordering for my friends as gifts as well and most think the products are more expensive than they actually are..
