When used correctly, ordinary handwash can be as effective as antibacterial handwash for cleansing hands. Our ESPA No Rinse Hand Cleanser also contains 60% alcohol content. Health experts including NHS, Public Health England and World Health Organisation all agree that to be effective an alcohol-based cleanser needs at least 60% alcohol content.

Lovely gift
I bought this as a gift for a friend who needs to use hand sanitiser regularly. She absolutely loves it. So do others in her work place. The smell is fresh and uplifting plus it leaves your hands soft, it doesn't dry them out at all. I am now buying one for myself.

Really lovely product. Smell is gorgeous and doesn’t make your hands sticky. Delivery spot on. Only criticism is that website says you get 2 samples with every order. After making 3 orders and not getting any samples, I emailed ESPA and they said it shouldn’t be on the website yet it still is!

I was excited when ESPA very quickly produced a hand sanitizer to meet the nations need, when everywhere was out of stock. I was initially a tad disappointed at the consistency (slightly runny) and the bottle wasn’t usual ESPA quality but the smell was just so SO good, and hopefully the germ killing contents were doing the job, that I was happy! My family loved it a little too much so we ordered a second bottle.....this container was a big improvement and the consistency seems more gel like so I highly recommend.....and the smell, just the smell is stress reducing!
