Shame
It’s such a shame I don’t love the results of this product because it smells sooo good! I used it alongside the bergamot shampoo and it just doesn’t seem to add enough nourishment back into my hair after such a deep cleansing shampoo. Doesn’t live up to its name unfortunately. :(

While I like how clean the accompanying shampoo leaves my hair, I don’t feel the conditioner moisturises enough to ensure it is not dry and to protect my hair from breakage as a result. My solution to this is to use more. However, I’m not quite sure if this solves the issue, in addition to taking more water and time to rinse out, and the product not lasting as long.
Disappointed
I bought this product specifically for the smell but unfortunately it smells more like mentol than anything else. Really disappointed and regret to spend so much money on it.
Moisturized, soft and smooth
Sometimes conditioner can be heavy, so it can smoothen the hair, but also make you feel oily and greasy. The texture of this conditioner looks thick and heavy, like the others, but the result is surprising. It smells good, a small amount is already enough. After washing, my hair is moisturized, soft and smooth. The most important is: Not heavy at all.
