Service was ok, but let down by the fact that despite filing out my full address you failed put one line of the address, which was the company name! Really? Not very good, especially when there are other companies in the building. Why bother asking for my address if your going to ignore part of it!?

Really good value for money. Now I know which bath oil is my favourite. Great to have them all to try. They all smell absolutely amazing and fill the room, truly relaxing. You don't need a huge amount.

I have used several different bath oils and I find that ESPA the smell doesn't remain after pouring in.
