It doesn't feel right on my skin, it's hard to explain. It almost feels like my skin isn't clean after I've used it. It's like cleaning my face with just water. I don't know how much I trust that it's actually cleaning my skin. It also makes my eyes red afterwards.

lost some of the product on delivery as it had leaked in the box, then when I went away for the weekend it leaked again. Having had this happen before I always tighten the lid. At this price losing product in this way is terrible, I wish that the packaging was more secure.
