Should have stayed with optimal
2Changed moisturiser from pro optimal as skin a tad dry and this one does not soak in! Really dissatisfied with the product. Have contacted customer services and no response. Quite a pricey bathroom ornament

Disappointed
2This product will not absorb, my skin remains dry it has little effect. Usually use optimal skin pro moisturiser and wish I’d not changed. This product does not deliver what it says on the tin.

24hour Replenishing Mousturiser
4Love this product. Great for more mature complexion needing some extra nourishing. Really disappointed that ESPA don’t send the samples anymore. Products aren’t cheap and the samples are a great way to sample products. Used to send four with purchaser and then two. Now nothing!

5This particular cream, suits my skin type perfectly. I tend towards dry and for daytime it works perfectly for me. But then I use loads of Espa products all of which are superb and it is the my most used product. Especially bath products to spoil yourself.

Disappointed
1Thought I’d I try this moisturiser as love the overnight hydration therapy but I’m sorry to say I am disappointed with this product. My skin feels tight and dry by lunchtime so need to clean face and replenish which is not ideal. I would obviously not buy this product again.

24 Hour moisture
1I have used this product on previous occasions but this time round it has left my skin feeling very dry and dehydrated 24 hour replenishing moisture it definitely is not.

Amazing product, packaging has gone downhill
3The product is perfect and I’ve been using it for about two years now. My skin has never been healthier and for the first time in a while I feel confident and happy with no make up. However, I think it was about a year ago now, I’m pretty certain the packaging changed. The lid has a white marble effect and every time I open the pot to use it, I get tiny bits of the marble coating all over my fingers. When I apply the moisturiser, I look in the mirror and see that the coating is dotted all over my face and it’s so fine and small that it’s impossible to remove it all. At first I thought it was a faulty pot so didn’t say anything but it seems it’s just getting worse. This is a premium product for me, and I’m not getting a premium experience.

Awful smell
3This cream feels Lovely on the face but is ruined by the smell... it smells awful so unfortunately for that reason I won't be buying anymore.

Fantastic product
5T purchased this in a set for Xmas as present from my husband (he’s rubbish at presents so I buy my own🤷♀️). It’s a wonderful moisturiser. Light enough, but also very hydrating at the same time. Love it!
