Please change the packaging back to the pump

This product is honestly amazing, it does keep my under eyes moisturized and is my go to eye cream. But I’m very sad and disappointed that the pump has been replaced with a tiny jar. I find the jar to be unhygienic. There is also less product for the price. Please bring the pump packaging back and I will consider buying the product again. Otherwise, I am considering trying another brand.

Just about to re-purchase as have been using the eye cream fo years and it is a great product. A inconvenient jar now instead of a great pump, and a reduction from 25ml to 15ml is really disappointing. May not now re-purchase.

This eye cream is very good quality. I’ve been using Elemis eye creams for a while yet my eyes still seemed to be thirsty and fine lines (very fine lines- I am 27) still protrude from beneath the cream! I purchased Espa 24 hr replenishing moisturiser and was very surprised! It instantly delivers a moist and smooth appearance and is an extremely effective eye cream- the formula considers the delicacy of the eyes yet delivers on its promise to hydrate and minimise fine lines.
