Extremely disappointed that because I used a gift voucher in part payment for my order this then meant I did not get the free gift you were eligible for when you spent over £80. In normal circumstances vouchers are classed as cash - I feel cheated and have told family not to buy me any vouchers for espa again

Helpful and great service, love the products, but unfortunately expensive. I have also noticed that you have discontinued some smaller sizes of the products i use and had a price increase.
