Nice warm cleanser

Disappointed-Not a Balm

Really disappointed with this product. It was meant to be a balm to oil but it is just really runny. I usually love all the beautiful smells of ESPA and it just smelt really off. I tried to query it as the texture seems off too. But I keep being put in contact with different people and the photos won’t upload. I wouldn’t usually complain but was quite expensive

I have used this product to remove my make-up for nearly 3 years now and I will absolutely never go back to using wipes of any sort. This product gets rid of all make-up from my face including some stubborn mascaras. It smells amazing and it leaves my skin super smooth! 100% recommend this product as a make-up remover or even as a gentle cleanser!

This product melts away all make up and leaves your skin feeling so clean smooth and soft. I also use it on the eye area to remove stubborn eye make up and it is so gentle and does not sting! My clients also rave about this product  LOVE LOVE LOVE!

I suffer with combination skin and this cleanser is great for me - I prefer the texture to balms and like the fact that it feels like an oil when you put it on- but then lathers you when you add water- the smell is gorgeous too- hope it is back in stock soon!
