Candle: Remove all packaging before lighting. Keep wick trimmed to 3mm to avoid smoking. Protect surfaces which may be damaged. Stop use when 10mm of wax remains. Extinguish candle if it flickers, smokes or the flame gets too high. For best results, burn candle for at least 2 hours but less than 4 hours at a time. Do not move a burning candle and keep the wax pool clear of debris.
Oil: Draw your bath, adding one or two inner caps of oil, then immerse yourself and deeply inhale the aroma. To intensify results, follow with the equivalent Body Oil.
Cream: Massage into cleansed skin using slow circular movements, breathing deeply to inhale the harmonising aroma.
Tea: Slowly pour freshly boiled water over the tea and steep for three minutes to allow the ingredients to release their natural flavour and aromatic ready for you to slowly sit, sip and enjoy.
