Balm: Warm and soften a small amount in your fingertips before gently massaging over your face, neck and décolleté in small, circular movements. Lather with warm water to transform into a rich cream before rinsing away with a damp muslin cloth. Repeat as desired to remove all traces of stubborn make-up and leave skin beautifully clear.
Polish: Smooth a small amount over a damp face, neck and décolleté working in small, circular movements, concentrating on the forehead, cheeks and chin though avoiding the eye area. Rinse away with warm water.

Lovely Balm and Polish
I love both of these products and they work out really good value for money in this set. A little goes a long way with both and they are gentle but effective and smell beautiful. I use products across the Espa range and love them all. Espa products are not tested on animals and are naturally-based and I love using them.

This set is very good value for money and the products are really nice to use. I wanted the cleansing balm as an occasional alternative to my usual Optimal ProSkin Cleanser and I use it a couple of times a week. You only need a small amount, warmed on your fingertips and it glides on. The balm easily removes makeup, including eye makeup, leaving skin lovely and smooth and it smells divine. The scrub is very fine and doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin but leaves it feeling really clean. The set comes in a nice bag with a muslin cloth which is nice to use after initial cleansing to remove any last bits of cleanser.

Skin refining polish
I have used ESPA products for years and this is the first product that I have actively disliked. I find the polish is harsh and scratchy despite not having a sensitive skin and I’m afraid I simply cannot use it. My first negative experience of ESPA products - sorry!

The Refining Skin Polish is brilliant. I use it three times a week and the difference on my skin is instant and visible.
