Comfortable and improved sleep
The eye mask is comfortable to wear around the eyes and found it very easy to sleep with. It blocks out vast majority of the light and has helped me sleep longer into the summer mornings and improved health as a result. I advise wearing the elasticated strap around the outside of your ears and not to have them resting on the top of your ears like spectacles. I found the strap dug in a bit and became uncomfortable if you wear it like spectacles.
