Since Kirsty has left, I feel that the company has gone from great to down right awful. The new girl has no Email etiquette and it is no longer a pleasure to deal with ESPA. My last Email thank you was left unacknowledged which is rude and gives the impression of a company that could not care less. The same with a Facebook comment. No reply. After 10 years as a customer i've called it a day with ESPA and now tend to buy SISLEY and TOM FORD products. Just a real poor experience from ESPA.
