I love TherEsa products and have ordered some with no problem in the past, however this one was not so great. There was a problem with the delivery through pdp and the boxes were labelled with someone else's name. I contacted you and complained and received a really nice reply. However I did want the products for a special week end and they did not arrive in time. I was quite angry with the whole affair.

The kit itself is lovely and the products are beautiful unfortunately it was too oily on my skin. Would happily try some more as product are lovely made. I'm only 3 weeks into it at the moment so I am keeping going to see if the product will get better for my skin type.
