My original order for my mums birthday was missing an item. When I contacted ESPA about it they were fantastic, no quibbles & sent out the missing item straight away & even gave a few samples with it. Fantastic.

My only request would be for you to stop using glass bottles for products - they are really fragile particularly at the neck - I have broken a number just with minor knocks - this is not great in a bathroom.

Website easy to use. Delivery prompt. Use of packaging a little excessive in my opinion. The shredded paper is beautiful and indulgent, but I felt it was wasteful and our recycling facilities do not allow shredded paper.
