Helps my restless legs
I sometimes get restless legs at night so I get up and put this on. Seems to work in calming things down. My cat quite likes the smell too!
Wow
I was looking for something to help with my aching back and tired muscles. Working as a nurse it's so hard to find products that actually help! This is it, I love the menthol smell really helps to feel relaxed and clear the head. I mainly use it on my back and neck, it has a warming feeling too just what I needed and a little goes a long way!

Pregnancy
I used this during pregnancy for my back. I also brought it into hospital to help the pain whilst in labour it was amazing and it really calmed me.
Pain relief
I have a 30ml version and hadn’t used it. I’ve been experiencing hip pain which was keeping me awake. I rubbed in the balm and within a few minutes the pain went away and hasn’t come back. I have also used it on cramped muscles in my shoulder after sitting at my PC - completely relaxed the muscles! Amazing product.
