A unique sense of place
The spa reaches out to stunning white sand beaches, turquoise waters and exotic botanicals, so naturally the colours and materials throughout reflect this. Locally inspired stone, natural textures and paintings by local artists feature alongside a warm, serene colour palette accented with rich Bahamian blues and greens.

Inside ESPA at Baha Mar, guests discover true revitalization of mind, body and spirit. Relaxation lounges and ocean view terraces serving herbal infusions and fruit juices provide perfect pre- and post-treatment spaces to rest, sleep, read, socialize and even enjoy a Caribbean cocktail.

For your comfort and enjoyment, we created both separate male and female sauna and steam experiences, as well as combined one. Essential to your spa experience, these therapeutic experiences prepare, cleanse and relax mind and body both before and after your treatment. Quite simply, they’re not to be missed!

Once inside one of the 24 luxuriously appointed treatment rooms, ESPA-trained therapists nurture and restore skin, body and mind with a bespoke menu of holistic and efficacious spa treatments. Thanks to the wealth of indigenous, sustainable naturals available around this stunning location – many offering potent therapeutic benefits – we have created signature rituals using some of these locally found actives, further helping guests embrace Bah Mar’s unique sense of place. Alongside these, you can of course still find your favorite ESPA facials, massages and body treatments – including our iconic Back, Face and Scalp Treatment, Personalized Facials and Aromatherapy Massage.
