Being Mindful means that you are in a positive mental state and you are enjoying the here and the now. Let go of stressful, anxious thoughts of what happened yesterday or what may happen tomorrow; take a moment in your day to be fully present and do something that you really enjoy.
This could be listening to your favourite playlist, taking a walk outside in nature, doing yoga or some meditation exercises or spending time with loved ones.
