Sound Asleep
If you buy one thing today buy this. One of the best purchases I’ve ever made. I roll on the inside of my wrists and fall into the most calm, restful sleep. I cannot recommend enough, so much so, have bought as gifts for friends as I rate it so highly.

I suffer with anxiety and I find this very calming . It also smells beautiful
