I bought this as a gift for a friend. The website showed the products packaged with ribbons and bows which looked really attractive. However when the packaged arrived they were simply boxed. I am disappointed with the presentation.

I loved this product so much that as soon as I had taken the lid off, I went straight back to espa to order another two. When I open my bedroom door, the beautiful smell greets me. If I could bathe in this i would! Wonderful !!

Beautiful product, as always. As a customer for many years however, I am a little disappointed that the packaging is not as luxurious as it used to be and there are no free samples. These were the appreciated little touches that made Espa purchase extra aspecial.
