This product doesn't do what it says. I need to contact ESPA as the beads in it are hard and do not melt on my skin as stated.

Absolutely love it. The jojoba grains that dissolve when you massage the cleanser in are a great indicator of when you have massaged well. The smell is amazing. Love it !
