I'm glad I got to try this product and not pay for it. For me, it did nothing but provide moisture. It was no better or worse than other glosses I've tried for less money so again, glad it was free.

It did not nourish as much as I expected, had to keep reapplying and it was very sticky. Small quantity for expensive price.

Products always arrive promptly and tracked for reassurance . Only ever had a mix up once and that was when there was mistakingly two hand creams in the intoductory collection box instead of a bath soak. However once I rang customer service and reported this mistake, it was dealt with very professionaly, timely and the product replaced and dispatched immediately. A very good service indeed .
