Disappointing diffusers

I was so disappointed that this diffuser has very little smell especially as I had given one as a 50th birthday present.  Previous purchases of this product have delighted me and my house visitors with this amazing fresh stimulating fragrance but this time with new packaging the smell is not even noticeable.  For the money would except much better quality product.  Please go back to your original blend/strength.

Sadly, I won't be buying at this price

I have always bought ESPA diffusers.  I have them all over my house.  Sadly I won't be buying any more.  They were a real luxury and expensive at the previous price, but this large increase means I will no longer be buying. I love ESPA products so am really disappointed.

packaging change is nice, price hike not to great for whats meant to be the same product. Been buying these for years, along with the restorative candles, and along with the new packaging theres clearly also a new scent recipe. the new diffusers DO NOT diffuse into the room anymore, the scent is very weak and you can only smell it if you touch the reeds and the oil gets on your hands. total waste of money. please go back to the old recipe / manufacturer

I love this new Design for the home collection both the candles and the diffusers have got a modern new look and I couldn’t be happier with them.  As always the quality and value for money is excellent, though the prices have gone up I couldn’t complain at all as they look even nicer than before!

Looking and smelling fresh

I work for Espa and have seen the brand change alot over the past 9years. I'm really liking the new diffuser packaging it looks really modern and fresh. The fragrance is still the same and I find that I get about 5months out of it. My lounge smells lovely!

I buy this diffuser a lot due to the strong smell however the new ones are not as strong and are now more expensive. A little disappointing as the previous reed diffusers were a lot better
